All Entries and Fees must be submitted by
9 August, 2010 (8:00PM EDT)

• When you save your jpg images using "Save As", under "image options" please set the quality no higher than 10 and lower the quality as required so the file size is no larger than 800K. The .jpg extension must be in lower case letters. Also, please remove special characters (including popular characters such as # or ') from your file names.

• Please double check your jpg's to be sure they are within the maximum dimensions: 1400 pixels wide and 1050 pixels high. If oversize images are submitted, you may receive an error message and rejections.

• If you need to change or add to an entry already processed you must resubmit the entire entry form with all images, not just the changes or additions. Please email Shiv Verma at psa@vertalis.com and describe what you have done.

• If you submit multiple entries, only the last entry will be retained. Earlier entries will be discarded.

Step 4 - License Agreement
I hereby give PSA permission to use my submitted images in PSA Educational Programs produced on CD's, DVD's or in Downloadable form, using ProShow Gold or equivalent software that does not allow program users access to individual images, for use by PSA Members, Clubs, Chapters and Councils wherever they may be. I am of Legal Age, and own all rights to these images, including copyright. or my parent or guardian named below gives permission on my behalf if I am not of Legal Age.

Step 5 - Review Information

 •  You are almost ready to submit your entry. Please scroll up and review all the
     information you entered above. Make any corrections required.

 •  You are now ready to submit your entry. After you click on the Step 6 Button below,
     your .jpg files and information will be transmitted to the web site. Please only press
     the Submit Button once. Transmitting the entry requires sending a lot of data so be
     patient as it may take a couple of minutes.

 •  When your submission has been completed, a confirming email will be sent to your
     email address. The email will include thumbnails so you can view each image you
     submitted. Remember to check your Junk Mail folder.
