Maximum Image Quality.

No higher than 9.

Maximum file size of 800 kb.

If you submit files larger than 800 kb you will receive an error message and your images will be rejected.

Maximum dimensions are 1024 pixels on horizontal side and 768 pixels on vertical side.

If you submit moderately oversized images, the web page will resize the image to meet our limits while preserving your original width-height ratio. Significantly oversized image will be rejected.

Note: Images which have substantially smaller dimensions will appear smaller for the judging and may not compete well.

• If you need to change or add to an entry already processed you must resubmit the entire entry form with all images, not just the changes or additions.Please email Pat Gordy (Chairman) or Dan Jeter (Assistant Chairman) at scipe@chattanoogaphoto.org and describe what you have done.

• If you submit multiple entries, only the last entry will be retained. Earlier entries will be discarded.

Step 4 - Review Information

•  Please scroll up and review all the information you entered above. Correct any errors if required.

•  You are now ready to submit your entry. After you click on the Step 5 button below, your jpg files and information will be transmitted to the web site.

Please only press  the Submit Button once. Transmitting the entry requires sending a lot of data so be patient as it may take a couple of minutes.

•  When your submission has been completed, a confirming email will be sent to your email address. The email will include thumbnailes of each image you submitted.


•  Please be patient . . . uploading process, file renaming, etc. may take two or three minutes depending on the size of your files, speed of your internet connection, etc.
