2010 Photo Soc New York Entry Form

2010 Photographic Society of New York (CPID Recognized) All Entries and Fees Must Be Received By September 4, 2010
Maximum file size is 800 kb. If you submit files larger than 800 kb you will receive an error message and your images will be rejected. Maximum dimensions: 1024 pixels wide and 768 pixels high. If you submit moderately oversized images, the web page will resize the image to meet our limits while preserving your original width-height ratio. Significantly oversized image will be rejected. Reducing your oversize files. Perhaps the easiest way of altering your file size is by reducing the image quality from 11 or 12 to a figure of 9. If this does not bring the file within the 800 kb maximum size, lower the quality image to 8.
Step 1 - Type in your personal information
Item #1: Given Name (1st Name)
Item #2: Family Name (Last Name)
Item #3: PSA Honors)
Item #4: Address 1
Item #5: Address 2 (If Required)
Item #6: City
Item #7: State - Province	(For entries other than from USA or Canada, use '--')
Item #8: Zip or Postal Code
Item #9: Country
Item #10: Email Address
Item #11: Verify Email Address

Step 2 - Type in Image Titles and Attach Files for Open Section (Section recognized by CPID). Skip to Step 3 if no entries for the Open Section

Step 4 - Review Information • Please scroll up and review all the information you entered above. Correct any errors if required. • You are now ready to submit your entry. After you click on the Step 5 Button Below, your jpg files and information will be transmitted to the web site. Please only press the Submit Button once. Transmitting the entry requires sending a lot of data so be patient as it may take a couple of minutes. • When your submission has been completed, a confirming email will be sent to your email address. The email will include image thumbnails so you can view each image you submitted.

Making Corrections. • If you need to change or add to an entry already processed you must resubmit the entire entry form with all images, not just the changes or additions. Please email Joe Wong at joe.wong@verizon.net and describe what you have done so your entry may be processed correctly.
