The exhibition has a maximum file size of 800 kb.

If you submit files larger than 800 kb you will receive an error message and your images will be rejected.

Maximum dimensions: 1024 pixels wide and 768 pixels high.

If you submit moderately oversized images, the web page will resize the image to meet our limits while preserving your original width-height ratio. Significantly oversized image will be rejected.

Reducing your oversize files.

Perhaps the easiest way of altering your file size is by reducing the image quality from 11 or 12 to a figure of 9 or 10 - what ever number brings the file within the 800 kb maximum size.

Special Characters in Name and Titles.

Please do not use special characters such as # or / or \ or ' or * in your name or title. The web entry process will remove them as there presence in the data can cause system problems..
• If you need to change or add to an entry already processed you must resubmit the entire entry form with all images, not just the changes or additions. Please email Sam Shaw, FPSA, PPSA at goldrushphotoexh@hotmail.com and describe what you have done.

• If you submit multiple entries, only the last entry will be retained. Earlier entries will be discarded.

Step 4 - Review Information

 •  Please scroll up and review all the information you entered above. Correct any
     errors if required.

 •  You are now ready to submit your entry. After you click on the Step 5 Button Below,
     your jpg files and information will be transmitted to the web site. Please only press
     the Submit Button once. Transmitting the entry requires sending a lot of data so be
     patient as it may take a couple of minutes.

 •  When your submission has been completed, a confirming email will be sent to your
     email address. The email will include thumbnails of each image and associated title you
     submitted.
