Digital Entry Fees
World Wide      -  $5 US for 1 digital section or $7 US for both digital sections

1-Silver Medal (Best Use of Stereo)
       4-Honorable Mention Ribbons

Titles

Titles will not be read aloud during judging. Please limit titles to 35 characters including spaces and punctuation. The Entry Form software will clip any excess characters resulting in an incomplete title.

Color Space

Using sRGB color space for your .jpg files is recommended as it will provide better quality under the projection conditions used for judging the exhibition and producing the exhibition show.

Image Size

Each stereo image should consist of two (2) individual .jpg image files: One Left image and one Right image. Maximum image width (horizontal) of each individual image file should not exceed 512 pixels, resulting in a maximum width (horizontal) of 1024 pixels. Maximum digital image height (vertical) is 768 pixels. Images larger in either dimension will be rejected by the entry software. Smaller images are acceptable but could place you at a disadvantage. Files should be saved at 72 ppi. We recommend you save your .jpg images using the maximum image quality.

File Names

You do not have to follow any naming convention for your .jpg files when you enter. The on-line entry form will properly rename your files to meet the needs of our exhibition software.

We recommend saving your .jpg images in a special folder on your computer using the image title and the image position (left or right) as the file name. That will make it easier to pick the correct image when using the Entry Form browser to attach your images.

Submitting Entries

Digital Images
All digital files must be submitted On-Line using the Digital Entry Form. After you have carefully read these "information and instructions", and after double checking to make sure your files are no larger than 512 pixels wide and 768 pixels high, click here to fill out the Digital Entry Form, attach your files and submit them. Digital entries on CD via postal mail will not be accepted.

Status List

After you submit your electronic entry, you will receive an email with your name, address, email, etc. plus the image titles you typed in. Please review and if you made any errors, please contact the Digital Chairman by clicking davethayer@verizon.net to resolve.

General Conditions and Rules
Maker's Name: The maker's name and/or image title shall not be in the image area or in any other area visible to the judges of any digital files, slides or prints.

Original Image Statement: Entries must originate as photographs (image-captures of object via light sensitivity) made by the entrant on photographic emulsion or acquired digitally. By virtue of submitting an entry, the entrant certifies the work as his/her own and permits the sponsors to reproduce all or part of the entered material free of charge for publication and/or display in media related to the exhibition. This may include low resolution posting on a web site. The exhibition assumes no liability of any misuse of copyright. All final work must be on photographic film, digital file, on photographic print material or digital print material, mounting excepted.

Previously Accepted Images: An image previously accepted in any PSA International Stereo Division section, regardless of media, is not eligile for entry in any Stereo Division section of the 2009 PSA International.

Duplicate Images: The same image may not be submitted in more than one Stereo Section of the 2009 PSA International regardless of the media. This means images submitted in either Stereo Digital section may not be submitted in the other Stereo Digital section nor in the Stereo Slide section nor the Stereo Print section. Please note: Different images using the same title will be considered the same image.

Please be sure that this email address has been included in your "safe" email addresses to assure receipt of these emails instead of having them blocked by your security system.
